Billing FAQ
When do crawl limits reset?
Monthly crawl limits reset based on your billing period start date, tracked incurrent_period_start. The counter crawls_this_month resets to 0 at the start of each new period.
What does "unlimited" mean?
For plans marked as unlimited (shown as -1 in the database), there is no enforced cap on that specific limit. Fair use policies apply.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrading may limit access to previously available features like API access or data export.
