1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Lociator provides users with a platform for analyzing website internal link structures, visualizing crawl data, and related SEO & GEO optimization services. We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and limits.
3. Crawling Policy & Limits
When using our service to crawl websites, you confirm that you own or have explicit authorization to crawl the target domain. Our system is designed to respect standard crawling etiquette, including robots.txt directives.
Crawl jobs are subject to the limits of your subscription plan, including Max Pages per Crawl, Crawls per Month, and Max Crawl History. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or block crawls that violate our policies, appear to be spam, or cause undue load on our infrastructure.
4. API Usage
If your plan includes API access, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API to access Lociator programmatically. You agree not to:
- Resell, share, or redistribute your API access keys.
- Exceed the rate limits associated with your account tier.
- Use the API to build a competing product or service.
5. AI and Third-Party Processing
To provide features like topic extraction, Lociator transmits subsets of crawled data (such as page URLs and extracted titles) to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including Google Gemini and Hyperbolic.
You must not submit websites for crawling that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or strictly confidential data, as this content may be processed by these external models.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, attempted DDoS attacks via our crawler, or bypassing subscription limits.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lociator expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lociator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
